Indah Nur Fazriah. 037116002. This study aims to determine the Effect of
Discipline Learning of the Learning Independence of Students in Class IV
of Beji Timur 2 Elementary School, Depok City, Odd Semester, 2020-2021
Academic Year. This research uses quantitative research through a causal
approach. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The results of
the validity analysis for the learning discipline questionnaire from 40 items
dropped 18, while the validity analysis for the learning independence
questionnaire from 40 failed 14 items. The results of the calculation of this
study show that the average value of learning discipline is at a fairly high
level of interpretation with a value of 100, 9 and the average value of
learning independence is at a high enough level of interpretation with a
value of 92.7. The research hypothesis testing was carried out by using
simple linear regression analysis technique with Ŷ = 26.10 + 0.268X,
which means that every increase of one unit of learning discipline will
increase the learning independence of students by 0.268 units. Simple
correlation test states r = 0.211 which means there is a low influence of
the two variables, while the coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.044 which
means that learning discipline contributes 4.4% to the learning
independence of students where the requirements for statistical
hypothesis testing; H0: y = 0 (there is no influence between the discipline
of learning (X) on the learning independence of students (Y)). Ha: y > 0;
(There is a positive influence between learning discipline (X) on the
learning independence of students (Y)). Based on the results of this study,
it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between learning
discipline on the learning independence of students in class IV SDN Beji
Timur 2 Depok City Academic Year 2020/2021.
