The Use Of Annotation Strategy And Story Pyramis Strategy On Students'' Reading Comprehension.
This Study Inveatigated the effectivenes of the story pyramid strategy in enhancing tenth-grade students' reading comprehension of narative texts. Employing a quasi- experimental design, the research involved two groups of students from SMA Harapan Bangsa. The Experimental group was taught with the story pyramid strategy. Data were collected via pre-tests and pos-tests. The results indicated that students in the annotation starteggy group archieved significantly higher scores on the post-tests compared to those in the story pyramid strategy group. This suggest that the annotation strategy is more effective for improving students' reading comprehension of narrative texts.
